Du bist jemand, der Verantwortung nicht nur übernimmt, sondern wirklich trägt?

Du behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn Kunden, Lieferanten, Transportpartner und interne Ansprechpartner gleichzeitig etwas brauchen, setzt Prioritäten, triffst Entscheidungen und bleibst so lange an einem Thema dran, bis es gelöst ist?

Deine Aufgaben:

* Eigenständige Steuerung der operativen Prozesse nach Abschluss internationaler Fahrzeuggeschäfte

* Zentrale Schnittstelle zu Kunden, Lieferanten, Transportpartnern und weiteren Geschäftspartnern

* Aktives Stakeholder Management: Informationen einfordern, Fristen nachhalten, Probleme früh erkennen und Lösungen vorantreiben

* Sicherstellung, dass Fahrzeug-, Rechnungs-, Export-, Registrierungs- und Transportdokumente vollständig und korrekt vorliegen

* Steuerung zahlreicher parallel laufender Vorgänge mit unterschiedlichen Prioritäten und Deadlines

* Pflege und Kontrolle der bestehenden, sehr strukturierten Excel- und Dokumentationssysteme

* Vorbereitung zahlungs- und abrechnungsrelevanter Informationen für das Management

* Koordination mit Transport- und Logistikpartnern sowie perspektivisch Übernahme weiterer Verantwortung in diesem Bereich

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Accounting und externen Partnern

* Proaktives Lösen operativer Sonderfälle - auch dann, wenn es einmal schnell gehen muss

* Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und zukünftigen Automatisierung bestehender Prozesse mit digitalen und AI-basierten Tools

Dein Profil:

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Umfeld, in dem du Verantwortung, Kunden, Partner, Projekte oder operative Abläufe eigenständig gesteuert hast

* Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, viele parallele Themen sicher zu priorisieren

* Souveränes Auftreten und die nötige Durchsetzungsstärke, um Dinge aktiv einzufordern und voranzutreiben

* Unternehmerische Denkweise, Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Eigeninitiative

* Du wartest nicht auf Lösungen - du findest sie

* Sehr hohe Verlässlichkeit, Loyalität und Diskretion

* Freude an direkter, internationaler Kommunikation und langfristigen Geschäftsbeziehungen

* Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und Sicherheit im Umgang mit digitalen Systemen

* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Führerschein B

* Interesse an Digitalisierung und AI

* Weitere Sprachen wie Italienisch, Spanisch, Französisch oder BKS sind ein Plus

* Erfahrung in Automotive, Logistik oder Sales Operations ist willkommen, aber ausdrücklich keine Voraussetzung

* Elektro-Firmenwagen auch zur Privatnutzung

* Ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab EUR 3.400 auf Vollzeitbasis, abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung
