Dit is jouw functie Als Senior Assistant Accounting & Reporting word je onderdeel van een enthousiast en professioneel team, waarin je veel verantwoordelijkheden krijgt. Je werkt voor een diverse portefeuille van nationale en internationale ondernemingen en je bent betrokken bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden zijn: - Je stelt zelfstandig jaarrekeningen en financiële rapportages op en zorgt voor een compleet dossier; - Je verzorgt belastingaangiften, zoals inkomsten-, omzet- en vennootschapsbelasting; - Je richt administraties in en optimaliseert processen waar mogelijk; - Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit en voortgang van je opdrachten; - Je begeleidt en ondersteunt junior collega's in hun ontwikkeling; - Je onderhoudt contact met cliënten en signaleert commerciële kansen. Dit wordt jouw team De non-assurance afdeling in Hoofddorp is in zijn startende fase. Wat betekent dat je in het begin deel uitmaakt van een hecht team met ongeveer 4 collega's, waar lijnen kort zijn en ieders bijdrage telt. Wat het team zo leuk maakt? Omdat de afdeling in Hoofddorp nog in de beginfase zit, zal je in de groeiperiode van de afdeling nauw samenwerken met collega's uit Amsterdam.
