Eine große internationale Steuerberatungskanzlei mit Hauptsitz in 1090 Wien sucht 1 (Senior) Associate Indirect TAX (VAT) ab sofort

(Senior-)Associate im Indirect Tax Team Österreich im Bereich Umsatzsteuer an unserem Standort in Salzburg oder Wien.

* Vorbereitung auf die Steuerberaterprüfung durch "Training on the Job"

Aufgaben

* Umfassende und themenübergreifende Beratung unserer (inter-)nationalen Kund_innen

* Aufbereitung (inter-)nationaler Sachverhalte betreffend Umsatzsteuerrecht, Zollrech, Verbrauchsteuerrecht

und Abgabenverfahrensrecht

* Abwicklung der USt-Compliance inklusive Betriebsprüfungen

* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung abgabenrechtlicher und finanzstrafrechtlicher Schriftsätze

* Mitwirkung bei Workshops für Kund_innen

* Vortragstätigkeiten im Rahmen von internen und externen Veranstaltungen

* Unterstützung beim Erstellen von Fachpuplikationen

* Einsatz moderner (AI-gestützer) Tools zur Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen

Kompetenzen

* Engagement, Motivation und Neugierde, Freude an Kommunikation und Teamarbeit

* Grundkenntnisse des österreichischen Umsatzsteuerrechts

* Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium - vorzugsweise Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften

* Gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen

* Grundlegendes Verständnis für Artificial Intelligence (AI) und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten im beruflichen Kontext

* Verständnis von Schnittstellen zu Umsatzsteuer/Einfuhrumsatzsteuer und Supply-Chain-Strukturen

* verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
