Hier krijg je geen bandwerk of enkel standaard onderhoud. Jij wordt de technische rechterhand van de zaakvoerder en krijgt vertrouwen om mee het niveau van het atelier te bepalen.

Wat ga je doen? Als ervaren mecanicien neem jij de technische leiding op de werkvloer. Je ondersteunt collega’s bij diagnoses en zorgt ervoor dat complexe herstellingen correct worden uitgevoerd.

Wat je doet:

  • Je stelt diagnoses bij elektrische en mechanische storingen
  • Je lost complexe technische problemen zelfstandig op
  • Je ondersteunt jonge collega’s bij moeilijkere herstellingen
  • Je voert controles en technische testen uit
  • Je denkt praktisch mee over oplossingen in het atelier
  • Je helpt mee om de kwaliteit hoog te houden
  • Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de zaakvoerder

Je krijgt veel vrijheid in je werk en vertrouwen in jouw technische aanpak.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een gevestigde familiale garage waar kwaliteit en technische kennis centraal staan. De zaakvoerder blijft nauw betrokken bij het atelier en vertrouwt op ervaren techniekers die mee verantwoordelijkheid willen dragen.
