Unsere innovative Abteilung Logistics Solutions bietet unseren Kunden maßgeschneiderte Angebote für eine automatisierte Steuerung und Regulierung von Materialflüssen und Prozessen, individuelle Regal- und Shuttle- Lösungen sowie vernetzte Services und Informationen mittels Telematik.

Für unser Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt 1 Senior Bilanzbuchhalter_in (w/m/d) Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben

* Abschlüsse & Steuern: Du erstellst Abschlüsse nach UGB und IFRS und verantwortest die Steuerberechnung sowie die Abstimmung der Steuererklärungen mit dem Steuerberater_in.

* Buchhaltung & Shared Service Center: Du führst die Buchhaltung von TMHAT, koordinierst das Shared Service Center und stellst die ordnungsgemäße Buchführung sicher.

* Prozesse & Governance: Du entwickelst interne Kontrollmechanismen weiter, optimierst Finanzprozesse und setzt konzernweite Accounting-Policies lokal um.

* Zusammenarbeit & Schnittstellen: Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, HR, Controlling und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen und sorgst für effiziente und klare Abläufe an den Finance-Schnittstellen.

* Finance Operations: Du verwaltest Banklimits und Versicherungen, begleitest Prüfungen und Projekte und agierst als Fachansprechperson für unsere Finanzsysteme (M3 / künftig SAP).

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HAK, FH/Universität mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder Ähnliches), Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung von Vorteil

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung/Bilanzierung, idealerweise im Konzernumfeld; Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Shared Service Centern von Vorteil

* Kommunikationsstärke, Einfühlungsvermögen und Teamgeist

* Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches und vernetztes Denkvermögen

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ab Niveau C1 (dem Arbeitsplatz entsprechend)
