Boekhoudkundige taken, analyses en controles uitvoeren en vakspecifieke ondersteuning en advies geven ten einde een transparante, efficiënte boekhoudkundige praktijk binnen de organisatie te bewerkstelligen.Formuleren van voorstellen en adviezen op boekhoudkundig vlak naar de leiding toe ten einde de werking continue te verbeteren en in lijn te brengen met noden, verwachtingen en evoluties.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de tijdige en correcte maand- en jaarafsluiting van de boekhouding van de juridische entiteit Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen in samenwerking met de andere medewerkers.

Je beheerst en begrijpt uniforme boekhoudkundige processen, waaronder o.a. vaste activa, subsidies, lonen en wedden en je werkt nauw samen met het crediteurenteam en debiteurenteam binnen de afdeling Boekhouding. Je werkt binnen een boekhoudteam van 18 medewerkers en meer specifiek maak je deel uit van het Competence Center, bestaande uit 7 medewerkers binnen de afdeling Boekhouding.

Je werkt mee aan projecten vanuit de eigen specifieke vakkennis ten einde de boekhoudkundige en financiële gevolgen van beslissingen te bewaken.Je bent het aanspreekpunt van de volledige boekhouding van de juridische entiteit Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Manager Boekhouding.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor of master diploma accountancy of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, waarbij je een gedegen kennis van processen inzake leveranciersbeheer hebt opgebouwd.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, ervaring in de zorgsector is niet vereist, maar is zeker een pluspunt.
  • Je bent goed op de hoogte van algemene boekhoudkundige technieken
  • Je hebt een ruime ervaring met ERP-systemen. Ervaring met SAP is een sterk pluspunt
  • Je denkt analytisch en procesmatig en je inzicht zorgt er voor dat je accuraat en nauwkeurig te werk gaat.
  • Je draagt zorg voor een correcte leveranciersadministratie zodanig dat leveranciers tijdig betaald worden
  • Je bent vernieuwingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief om processen te optimaliseren
  • Je bezit zowel mondeling als schriftelijk over een goede communicatietechniek
  • Je bent tevens stressbestendig, kan zeer zelfstandig werken en hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Kennis en ervaring binnen een publieke context is een pluspunt.
  • Je straalt integriteit uit en hebt aandacht voor diversiteit.
  • Je kan efficiënt en effectief omgaan met mensen, middelen, tijd en materiaal.
