The posting

Voor onze klant, een innovatieve KMO en marktleider in de sector van gecoate granulaten en kunstharsvloersystemen, zoeken wij een ervaren en hands-on Senior Boekhouder (m/v/x).

Voor deze functie moet je op operationeel niveau het verschil willen maken binnen een hecht finance team.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je verzorgt de volledige loonboekingen en draagt zorg voor een correcte verwerking ervan.
  • Je staat in voor het boeken van voorraadbewegingen en afschrijvingen.
  • Je stelt belastingtechnische stukken op, waaronder btw-aangiften, de klantenlisting en gerelateerde rapporten.
  • Je beheert samen met je collega's de treasury - betalingen uitvoeren en debiteurenbeheer zitten mee in jouw takenpakket.
  • Je boekt inkomende facturen (AP) en ondersteunt de collega's waar nodig in deze operationele processen.
  • Je levert jouw bijdrage aan de maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je levert input voor de overstap naar een analytische boekhouding.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de finance manager en werkt nauw samen binnen een klein en betrokken team.

Jouw profiel als Senior Boekhouder:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma binnen accountancy & fiscaliteit, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt idealiter 2 à 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen loonboekingen, voorraadadministratie, afschrijvingen en belastingaangiften.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met analytische boekhouding en hebt een operationele mindset.
  • Je bent vlot met Microsoft Excel en hebt ervaring met boekhoudpakketten zoals Navision en/of Exact Online. Kennis van een ERP-pakket is een extra troef.
  • Talen: je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan je uitdrukken in het Engels; Franse taalvaardigheid is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en neemt initiatief.
