Je werkt intensief samen met een van de grootste strategische HPC-leveranciers van Brand Masters en brengt commerciële belangen, assortimenten en innovaties bij elkaar. Via een Joint Business Plan geef je richting aan gezamenlijke kansen en groei. Je onderhandelt over condities en voorwaarden, volgt marktontwikkelingen en beoordeelt nieuwe producten op basis van data, consumententrends en logistieke informatie. Daarbij overzie je uiteenlopende productgroepen, van wasmiddelen, reinigers tot persoonlijke verzorging, en vertaal je complexe informatie naar duidelijke inkoop- en assortimentsbeslissingen. Intern werk je nauw samen met Sales, Buying Support, collega-buyers en internationale collega's. Je bent daarbij regelmatig internationaal onderweg om leveranciers en collega's persoonlijk te ontmoeten. Jij vertegenwoordigt de leverancier binnen Brand Masters, terwijl je scherp blijft op het gezamenlijke resultaat. De rol vraagt om brede HPC-kennis, stevige onderhandelingsvaardigheden en het vermogen om structuur te brengen zonder de snelheid en handelsgeest van de organisatie te verliezen.
