Medewerkers krijgen de ruimte om zich te ontwikkelen binnen een toegankelijke en praktische organisatiecultuur. Functie Als Senior Buyer Shoes ben je verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen, ontwikkelen en inkopen van een commercieel sterk casual schoenenassortiment binnen de formule. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste producten, tegen de juiste prijs, op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Door markttrends, klantbehoeften en data te combineren realiseer je maximale omzet, een sterke nettomarge en een optimale omloopsnelheid van de collectie. Je ontwikkelt daarnaast onderscheidende private label collecties en bouwt samen met leveranciers aan een aantrekkelijk en betaalbaar assortiment voor miljoenen klanten. Functie-eisen - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in commerciële economie, mode of Retail. - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als inkoper of category manager binnen Retail, in de schoenenbranche. - Aantoonbare ervaring met private label productontwikkeling. - Goede kennis van de internationale schoenenmarkt, leveranciers en productie.
