Want onze opdrachtgever onderscheidt zich graag door doorlopend aandacht te vragen voor kwaliteit en kwaliteitsverbetering. Functie inhoud Als senior calculator maak je zelfstandig kostprijsbegrotingen van volledige nieuwbouwprojecten of delen daarvan. Vanaf het kantoor verzorg je onder leiding van het hoofd calculatie kostprijsberekeningen aan de hand van bestek, tekeningen en andere gegevens. Je stelt meer- en minderwerk op, vraagt offertes aan bij derden en voert exploitatieberekeningen uit. Ook ben je verantwoordelijke voor het uittrekken van materialen en hoeveelheden, geef je adviezen en rapporteer je aan het hoofd calculatie. Daarnaast ben je als senior het aanspreekpunt en de vraagbaak voor je junior collega's, die jij feilloos weet te vertellen wat het vak inhoudt en waar hij of zij de aandacht op zou moeten vestigen.
