Bouw aan schaalbare Azure cloudoplossingen voor de Gemeente Den Haag! Wat ga je doen? Wij zijn voor TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) op zoek naar een ervaren Senior Azure Cloud Engineer voor een langdurige opdracht bij Gemeente Den Haag, binnen het project Phoenix Multiregion. Als technische specialist heb je op L3-niveau grip op de Azure cloudomgeving, van Landing Zone tot backup, monitoring, netwerk en disaster recovery. In deze rol architect je schaalbare, veilige en kostengeoptimaliseerde cloudoplossingen en geef je richting aan het cloudgovernancebeleid. Jouw werk als L3 Cloud Engineer Je bouwt herbruikbare en modulaire IaC-templates met Bicep en Terraform, en definieert en handhaaft cloudgovernancebeleid zoals Azure Policy, tagging en naming conventions. Je implementeert en toetst veilige identity-architecturen, waaronder Entra ID, Management Groups, Subscriptions, Conditional Access Policies en Managed Identities. Daarnaast trek je initiatieven rond Zero Trust, data-encryptie en threat protection, en bewaak je de betrouwbaarheid van de cloudomgeving. Leiderschap en kwaliteit Je leidt root cause analyses bij L3-incidenten, beoordeelt pull requests en geeft hierop feedback, en ziet toe op de naleving van DevOps-praktijken zoals geautomatiseerde validatie, testen en change control. Je werkt volgens Agile principes en bent bereikbaar voor on-call bij P1-incidenten buiten kantooruren (werktijden 07:30-16:00 of 09:00-17:30).
