1 Senior Consultant Health (all genders) Deine Rolle - Das wartet auf dich * Gestalte die digitale Transformation im Gesundheitswesen: Du berätst unsere Kunden ganzheitlich und verantwortest die Umsetzung komplexer IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekte mit Fokus auf Software, Prozesse und Organisation unter Berücksichtigung von Markttrends sowie Geschäfts- und IT-Strategien. * Vernetze Prozesse und Systeme: Du treibst die Digitalisierung und Vernetzung von Versorgungsprozessen voran und stellst interoperablen Datenaustausch unter Nutzung relevanter Standards sicher. * Konzipiere und realisiere Lösungen: Du analysierst Anforderungen und entwickelst innovative fachliche und technische Lösungen für klinische und administrative Prozesse - von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung. * Führe moderne Technologien ein: Du begleitest die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von KIS, eHealth-, Telemedizin- und Datenplattformlösungen. * Übernimm Verantwortung im Projektkontext: Du steuerst (Teil-)Projekte, übernimmst das Anforderungsmanagement und arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen sowie Management zusammen. * Gestalte unser Beratungsgeschäft aktiv mit: Du unterstützt Pre-Sales- und Akquisitionsaktivitäten und bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Portfolios im Gesundheitsbereich ein.

Deine Skills - Das bringst du mit * Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium Medizininformatik, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Gesundheitsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. * Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen: Du bringst mindestens 6 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Beratung oder Projektarbeit mit, idealerweise in der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Systemlandschaften im Gesundheitswesen. * IT- und Prozessverständnis: Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Digitalisierung, IT-Systemen und Prozessen im Gesundheitswesen. * Technologisches Know-how: Du hast Erfahrung mit IT-Systemen im Gesundheitswesen (z. B. klinische, diagnostische oder administrative Systeme sowie Datenplattformen) und kennst relevante Standards und Datenaustauschformate wie HL7, FHIR, IHE, openEHR oder DICOM. * Markt- und Methodenkompetenz: Du bist vertraut mit aktuellen Entwicklungen (z. B. Telematikinfrastruktur, Interoperabilität) und hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (klassisch und/oder agil). * Persönliche Stärken & Kommunikation: Du überzeugst durch analytisches Denken, Teamgeist und Eigeninitiative, trittst sicher gegenüber Kunden auf und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch. Zusätzlich nutzt du KI-Tools souverän, bist dir aber auch ihrer Grenzen bewusst.
