Aufgaben

* Mitarbeit und Leitung von Projekten zur Transformation und Weiterentwicklung von Organisationen

und Operating Models

* Analyse von Strukturen, Prozessen und Rollenbildern in verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen

(z. B. IT, Einkauf, Produktion)

* Konzeption von Zielorganisationen, Governance-Strukturen und Geschäftsmodellen

* Unterstützung bei Transformationsinitiativen - von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung beim Kund_innen

* Konzeption von Analysen, Präsentationen und managementtauglichen Entscheidungsgrundlagen

* Vorbereitung und Moderation von Workshops

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen KPMG Bereichen und Teams (z. B. Technology, Change Management)

Kompetenzen

* Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaft, Management mit Schwerpunkten wie Organisation, Strategie und Transformation), oder im technischen Bereich (bspw. Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, Physik, Mathematik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)

* Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in der Beratung, idealerweise mit Fokus auf die Umsetzung großer Transformationsprojekte

* Praxiskenntnisse in der produzierenden Industrie oder in industriellen Transformationsprojekten von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in der Akquise und Entwicklung von Kund_innenbeziehungen sowie Interesse am Ausbau

des eigenen Netzwerks

* Analytisches Denkvermögen und Freude daran, komplexe Fragestellungen strukturiert zu lösen

* Interesse an aktuellen Themen wie Digitalisierung, Artificial Intelligence (AI/KI) und deren Einfluss auf Organisationen

* verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

* Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team

* Anwendung AI-gestützter Analyse-/Research-Tools sowie die Bereitschaft, digitale und AI-bezogene

Ab dem Karrierelevel Manager_in erwartet dich ein Gehalt ab EUR 61.600,-- brutto/Jahr (All-In). Bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Weiters kannst du mit einer leistungsabhängigen, individuellen Prämie rechnen.
