1 Senior Consultant - Managed Services (w/m/d) Wien 1030, Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben * Du übernimmst die technische Verantwortung für Kundenumgebungen und stellst deren stabilen, sicheren und effizienten Betrieb sicher - inklusive Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Service-Request-Management sowie Eskalationsmanagement. * Du analysierst bestehende Azure-, Hybrid- und On-Premises-Infrastrukturen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden konkrete Maßnahmen zur Optimierung, Modernisierung und Weiterentwicklung ihrer IT-Umgebungen. * Du verantwortest Service Reviews, Health Checks und technische Assessments, leitest daraus Handlungsfelder ab und entwickelst technische Zielbilder, Betriebskonzepte und Roadmaps. * Du berätst unsere Kunden zu Cloud-, Infrastruktur-, Architektur-, Security- und Betriebsfragen und unterstützt bei Cloud-Migrationen, Modernisierungsvorhaben und der Einführung moderner Betriebsmodelle. * Du bringst deine Expertise in Data & Analytics, Data Warehouses, ETL-/ELT-Prozessen, Datenintegrationen sowie Reporting- und Analyseplattformen in den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Kundenlösungen ein. * Du identifizierst proaktiv Verbesserungs-, Automatisierungs- und Kostenoptimierungspotenziale und setzt diese unter Einsatz moderner Technologien wie Infrastructure as Code, DevOps und Cloud-Automatisierung um. * Du agierst als technischer Trusted Advisor unserer Kunden, unterstützt Vertrieb und Account Management bei Workshops, Assessments und Lösungskonzepten und begleitest die Entwicklung von Folgeprojekten, Serviceerweiterungen und langfristigen Kundenlösungen.

Dein Profil * Du bringst einschlägie Erfahrung im Managed Services-, IT-Outsourcing- oder IT-Betriebsumfeld mit und verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in ITIL/ITSM sowie Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Service-Request-Management. * Du hast Erfahrung in der technischen Verantwortung für Kundenumgebungen, in Service Reviews, Health Checks, Eskalationsmanagement und der eigenständigen Kommunikation mit Kunden. * Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Betrieb von Azure-, Hybrid- und On-Premises-Infrastrukturen sowie von Windows Server und Linux und hast Erfahrung mit Cloud-Migrationen und Modernisierungsvorhaben. * Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Betrieb und Troubleshooting von Datenbanksystemen (z. B. Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) sowie Erfahrung mit Data-&-Analytics-Plattformen, Data Warehouses, ETL-/ELT-Prozessen und Reporting-Lösungen. * Du hast Erfahrung mit Monitoring und Observability sowie mit dem Betrieb von Applikationen, Middleware-, Web- und Integrationsplattformen. * Du bringst Kenntnisse in IT-Security, Hardening, Identity Management und Compliance mit und verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrung im Umfeld von ISO 27001 sowie im Microsoft CSP-Ökosystem. * Du hast Erfahrung mit Automatisierung, Infrastructure as Code und DevOps-Praktiken (z. B. PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Azure DevOps, Git) und setzt diese zielgerichtet zur Optimierung von Betriebsprozessen ein. * Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Kommunikationsstärke, unternehmerisches Denken und eine hohe Kundenorientierung. Als Trusted Advisor erkennst du Optimierungs- und Wachstumspotenziale, entwickelst gemeinsam mit Kunden passende Lösungen und unterstützt aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung von Services und Folgeprojekten.
