Voor onze vestiging in Broek op Langedijk zoeken wij een senior contractbeheerder die niet alleen zorgt voor een correcte contractadministratie en facturatie, maar ook een team van vijf collega's begeleidt en verbindt. In deze rol ben jij de schakel tussen contractbeheer, sales en de vestiging. Je zorgt ervoor dat contractuele afspraken worden nagekomen, signaleert afwijkingen en houdt alle betrokken partijen goed geïnformeerd. Een veelzijdige functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid én ruimte om verbeteringen door te voeren. Zó maak jij het verschil! Als senior contractbeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het team contractbeheer zakelijke markt. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat contracten correct worden verwerkt en klanten tijdig en juist worden gefactureerd. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het aansturen en begeleiden van collega's; - Zorgen voor een goede samenwerking tussen contractbeheer, sales en de vestiging; - Bewaken dat contractuele afspraken correct worden nagekomen; - Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor een juiste en tijdige facturatie richting zakelijke klanten; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en verbeterkansen richting de juiste stakeholders; - Analyseren van complexe contracten en deze vertalen naar een correcte verwerking in onze systemen; - Actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van processen en werkwijzen.
