Digitalisering, maatschappelijke opgaven en nieuwe manieren van werken vragen om een toekomstbestendige organisatie én passende huisvesting. De komende jaren bouwt de KB een nieuw boekenmagazijn in de Harnaschpolder, verhuist haar publieks- en kantoorfunctie naar een tijdelijk onderkomen en bouwt ondertussen aan een nieuw thuis voor kennis, cultuur en ontmoeting op de vertrouwde locatie bij Den Haag Centraal. Binnen het programma Huisvesting maken uiteenlopende contracten deel uit van een complex contractenportfolio. Om dit portfolio professioneel te beheren en verder te optimaliseren, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren en ambitieuze senior contractmanager. Maak jij het mogelijk? Tijdens de uitvoeringsfase van de lopende contracten (30) en nog te sluiten contracten zie je als senior contractmanager proactief toe op de naleving van alle in de contracten vastgelegde afspraken, verplichtingen, procedures, tarieven en voorwaarden. Je signaleert afwijkingen, bewaakt risico's, faciliteert de besluitvorming over gewenste wijzigingen en voert deze wijzigingen door. Je bent hierbij verantwoordelijk voor de gehele contractlevenscyclus. De contracten in je portfolio bestaan grotendeels uit technische, facilitaire en ict-componenten. We zoeken een kartrekker die het leuk vindt om samen met collega's iets op te bouwen en neer te zetten. Jij zorgt voor alle contractuele aspecten van én de regie op het contract. De operationeel verantwoordelijke collega's zorgen voor de uitvoering. En er is meer. Jij bent de senior contractmanager die: - Contractmanagementprocessen inricht en uitvoert volgens de methode CATS-CM. - Bijdraagt aan de doorontwikkeling van contractmanagement in de organisatie, inclusie...
