Wat ga je doen als "Senior Credit Controller"? Als Credit Controller binnen ons team manage jij met veel energie en drive het debiteurenproces. Met jouw analytische en communicatieve skills ben je een topper in deze rol. Je weet precies hoe je om moet gaan met niet-betalende klanten en houdt de debiteurenadministratie nauwkeurig bij. Je denkt mee over het verbeteren van de werkprocessen en neemt het initiatief om dit ook echt te doen. Je krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid, en je kunt zelf de regie nemen over je eigen ontwikkeling. Jouw job; - Jij zorgt ervoor dat de betalingen van onze klanten op tijd binnenkomen en als dat niet lukt, zorg jij ervoor dat de klant alsnog (zo snel mogelijk) betaalt; - Je maakt betalingsregelingen met niet-betalende klanten en werkt samen met ons Legal-team om deze om te zetten in een incassotraject; - Als het incassotraject niet goed loopt, draag je dit over naar de recovery afdeling; - Voordat je de klant benadert, doe je onderzoek naar hun financiële positie zodat je goed voorbereid bent; - Je boekt, incasseert en crediteert facturen, verwerkt banktransacties en handelt betalingsuitval af; - Je vindt het leuk om mee te denken over het verbeteren en versnellen ...
