Wat ga jij doen als Senior Customer Service Medewerker bij Hotbath BV?

Als Senior Customer Service Medewerker zorg je voor een correcte verwerking van orders en administratieve processen en het bewaken van levertijden. Dagelijks sta je installateurs, dealers en eindgebruikers professioneel te woord via telefoon en e-mail. Je geeft klanten deskundig advies, waarbij je oog houdt voor het commerciële belang en bijdraagt aan echte Hotbath-ambassadeurs. Servicevragen en klachten weet jij professioneel en oplossingsgericht af te handelen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige werkwijze verlopen de processen achter de schermen soepel en betrouwbaar. Ook denk je actief mee over verbeteringen van interne processen. Samen met collega's van sales, logistiek, service en products werk je aan een prettige en consistente klantbeleving. Vanuit jouw senioriteit bied je ondersteuning aan collega's en deel je graag jouw kennis en ervaring. Je werkt onder de dagelijkse aansturing van de Teamleider Customer Service.
