Als Global IT Security Analyst neem je het voortouw in de bescherming van de internationale IT-infrastructuur. Je bent actief betrokken bij security operations, vulnerability management, compliance en het verhogen van de user awareness.

  • Security Operations & Incident Response: Je monitort, onderzoekt en reageert op security alerts en incidenten via moderne tools zoals Microsoft Defender en Taegis XDR.
  • Vulnerability Management: Je coördineert patch-management, volgt remediëring op en stelt prioriteiten op basis van risicoanalyses.
  • Compliance & Audits: Je zorgt dat de organisatie voldoet aan regelgeving zoals NIS2, GDPR en ISO 27001. Je coördineert interne/externe audits en penetratietesten en werkt het cybersecurity risk management programma verder uit.
  • Netwerk, Cloud & Endpoint Security: Je beheert en optimaliseert security tools (o.a. Zscaler, Defender) en zorgt voor system hardening en secure configuraties.
  • Awareness & IAM: Je beheert het security awareness programma (o.a. phishing simulaties via KnowBe4) en ondersteunt identity & access processen (MFA, access reviews).

Profiel

Je bent een onafhankelijke denker die eigenaarschap durft te nemen in een lean IT-omgeving.

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master in IT of Informatieveiligheid (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen IT security, SecOps of infrastructuurbeveiliging.
  • Je bezit sterke hands-on ervaring met monitoring, incident response en moderne security tools (zoals MS Defender en XDR platformen) binnen een Microsoft-georiënteerde of hybride omgeving.
  • Kennis van security frameworks en wetgeving (NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001) is vereist.
  • Certificaten zoals Security+, CISSP, CISM of Microsoft Security zijn een sterke troef.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft professioneel Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je staat open voor occasionele (internationale) verplaatsingen.
