Voor een sterke speler binnen de HR-dienstverlening ben ik op zoek naar een Senior Data-analist. Je zal een cruciale rol spelen in het omzetten van complexe gegevens naar waardevolle inzichten. In deze functie draagt je bij aan het vormgeven van segmentstrategieën en wordt er nauw samengewerkt met diverse interne teams om data te verzamelen, te analyseren en te interpreteren.

Je zal als Senior Data-analist de organisatie helpen om beter geïnformeerde beslissingen te nemen en de dienstverlening continu te optimaliseren. De bevindingen worden hierbij steeds helder en overtuigend gepresenteerd aan de betrokken stakeholders.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je vertaalt specifieke businessnoden naar waardevolle inzichten en data-eindproducten in samenwerking met diverse teams.
  • Je prioritiseert de analytics roadmap rekening houdend met budget, security, schaalbaarheid, GDPR en technische haalbaarheid.
  • Je ontwikkelt en test analysetechnieken en dataproducten volgens functionele eisen en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je zorgt voor de naleving van datastandaarden en -protocollen via kwaliteitscontroles en richtlijnen.
  • Je analyseert markt- en technologische trends en adviseert de organisatie over digitale innovatie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en hebt ervaring met Power BI en DAX voor het bouwen van betrouwbare rapportages.
  • Je hebt ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en combineert dit met een commerciële mindset om businessnoden vlot te begrijpen en te vertalen.
  • Je bent proactief ingesteld, beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en hebt een positieve houding ten opzichte van veranderingen.
  • Je communiceert helder en bent in staat om complexe gegevens op een overtuigende manier over te brengen naar verschillende teams.
