Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams begrüßen wir erfahrene Fachkräfte, Hochschulabsolvent*innen und Schulabgänger*innen, die unseren Way of Working teilen -... 1 Senior Database Engineer (w/m/d) Deine Aufgaben * Du konzipierst, betreibst und optimierst hochverfügbare MariaDB-Lösungen auf Basis von Galera Cluster, georedundanten Architekturen und HAProxy. * Du implementierst und betreust cloud-native Datenbankplattformen auf Kubernetes und OpenShift unter Einsatz von Helm und Operator-basierten Technologien. * Du stellst die Zuverlässigkeit, Performance und Skalierbarkeit der Plattform sicher - durch Monitoring, Automatisierung, proaktive Wartung und kontinuierliche Optimierung. * Du führst Root-Cause-Analysen bei komplexen Produktionsstörungen durch und entwickelst Strategien für Backup, Recovery und Disaster Recovery. * Du übernimmst technische Verantwortung bei der Definition von Lösungen, unterstützt bei Kundeneinsätzen und wirkst an Architektur- und Technologieentscheidungen mit.

Deine Qualifikation * Fundierte Kenntnisse in MariaDB/MySQL, Galera Cluster, MySQL Replikation, HAProxy und Linux. * Erfahrung mit Kubernetes/OpenShift, Helm, Automatisierung und cloud-nativen Plattformen. * Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Monitoring, Observability, Performance-Optimierung und Incident Troubleshooting. * Know-how in Hochverfügbarkeit, Georedundanz, Backup- und Disaster-Recovery-Lösungen. * Erfahrung mit MariaDB Operatoren, GitOps (ArgoCD) und modernen Platform-Engineering-Methoden. * Erfahrung mit NoSQL-Datenbanken z.B. MongoDB von Vorteil.
