Over de functie Als senior datamanagement specialist werk je aan een belangrijke ambitie: data binnen de AFM naar een niveau brengen waarop risico's beheerst worden én data optimaal kan worden ingezet voor toezicht. Je helpt mee om data betrouwbaar, vindbaar en bruikbaar te maken en ondersteunt daarmee de ontwikkeling van de AFM als Smart Supervisor. Samen met collega's werk je aan het professionaliseren van datamanagement binnen de organisatie. Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en verbetert beleid, standaarden en werkwijzen. Daarnaast vervul je een voortrekkersrol bij organisatiebrede verbeterinitiatieven en coach je collega's in het toepassen van datamanagementprincipes. Ook ondersteun je teams binnen de AFM met specialistische expertise en begeleid je collega's bij veranderingen in de manier waarop met data wordt gewerkt. Een greep uit je werkzaamheden: - Structureel verbeteren van masterdata, zoals vergunningen en ondernemingen. - Inrichten en verbeteren van metadata en datakwaliteit. - Initiëren en doorontwikkelen van datamanagementkaders: beleid, processen en standaarden die bijdragen aan datagedreven werken. Ontwikkelen en implementeren van Data Governance-structuur, inclusief rollen, verantwoordelijkheden, eigenaarschap en besluitvormingsprocessen rondom data. - Adviseren vanuit expertise aan ontwikkelteams bij complexe vraagstukken rondom bijvoorbeeld datamodellering, data-architectuur en autorisatiebeheer. - Leiden van organisatiebrede verbeterinitiatieven en creëren van draagvlak voor datagedreven werken binnen de AFM. - Coachen en begeleiden van (junior en medior) datamanagementspecialisten en fungeren al...
