Vacature: Senior Dispatcher/Planner

Ben jij de strategische spil die onze planning naar een hoger niveau tilt?

Als Senior Dispatcher/Planner ben jij het kloppende hart van ons team, degene die het overzicht bewaart en vooruit denkt. Met jouw ervaring zorg je voor een vlekkeloze dagplanning, fungeer je als klankbord voor collega’s en ben je de betrouwbare partner voor klanten en chauffeurs. Complexiteit is voor jou geen uitdaging maar een kans om je vaardigheden te tonen, zelfs als de druk toeneemt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Nauwkeurige Planning en Coördinatie: Jij plant ritten met precisie in, rekening houdend met capaciteit, routes en urgentie.
  • Realtime Monitoring: Je volgt ritten op de voet en stuurt bij wanneer nodig.
  • Effectieve Communicatie: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs, klanten en collega’s, waarbij je helder en oplossingsgericht communiceert.
  • Aanvraagverwerking: Je beheert aanvragen via telefoon, mail of ons digitale systeem.
  • Probleemoplossend Denken: Je signaleert knelpunten en werkt samen met de operationeel verantwoordelijke aan efficiënte oplossingen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring in dispatching en/of planning.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.
  • Stressbestendigheid en het vermogen om het overzicht te bewaren in drukke situaties.
  • Duidelijke, klantvriendelijke communicatievaardigheden voor diverse doelgroepen.
  • Affiniteit met de transportsector en een gedegen kennis van het Belgische wegennet.
  • Flexibiliteit en de wens om in een hecht team echt verschil te maken.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Frans; Engels is een pluspunt.
