Voor een boekhoudkantoor met een cliënteel voornamelijk in de medische sector, gelegen in Sint-Truiden, zijn we op zoek naar een Senior dossierbeheerder. Heb je al ervaring met de verwerking van de btw-aangiftes en maandelijkse afsluiting? Kan je vlot overweg met nieuwe systemen en het digitaliseren van de boekhoudkundige verwerking? Dan zit je binnen dit familiaal kantoor op de juiste plek.

Ze focussen op extra trainingen en opleidingen om steeds up to date te blijven van de nieuwste veranderingen. Klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging binnen een boekhoudkantoor, solliciteer dan snel!

Jouw takenpakket als Senior Dossierbeheerder:

Dit boekhoudkantoor maakt deel uit van een grotere groep en heeft naast het kantoor in Sint-Truiden er ook één in Hasselt en Bree. Je komt terecht in een team van een 30-tal medewerkers en kan met jouw opgedane kennis autonoom verschillende dossier behandelen van A tot Y. Je vindt het ook niet erg om jouw junior collega's te ondersteunen en ook mee te werken aan de digitalisatie van het kantoor!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als senior dossierbeheerder:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inboeken van facturen en andere financiële documenten
  • De dagelijkse verwerking van de banken en betaling neem je ook makkelijk voor jouw rekening
  • Je staat autonoom in voor de Btw- en fiscale aangiftes van jouw klanten (personen- en vennootschapsbelastingen)
  • Zowel op maandelijkse als op jaarbasis sta je in voor de verwerking van de afsluiting
  • Je bereidt balansen en balansanalyses voor en kan deze bespreken met de klanten
  • Je neemt het voortrouw bij het opstellen van de resultatenrekeningen
  • Je bereidt de jaarrekening voor ter voorbereiding van de vennoten

Het ideale profiel als Senior Dossierbeheerder:

  • Je behaalde een Bachelor of Graduaat in de richting accountancy - fiscaliteit
  • Een ervaring van +- 5 jaar binnen een boekhoudkantoor is een must, want je zal ook jouw meer junior collega's helpen met hun vragen
  • Je bent vlot in het Nederlands en/of Frans.
  • Je bent communicatief en assertief en houdt van multitasking
  • Je staat open om bij te leren, je bij te scholen en cursussen te volgen
  • Je bent een vastberaden persoon die er volledig voor gaat om een kwalitatieve service aan te bieden
