Voor een ambitieus en groeiend boekhoudkantoor in de regio Antwerpen wordt vandaag uitgekeken naar een ervaren dossierbeheerder/ accountant die méér wil zijn dan een dossierverantwoordelijke.

Dit kantoor staat bekend om zijn kwalitatieve en persoonlijke aanpak richting klanten, met een sterke focus op fiscaliteit, financieel advies en begeleiding op maat. Er wordt sterk ingezet op expertise, vertrouwen en langetermijnrelaties.

Door hun verdere groei ontstaat er ruimte voor een ervaren boekhouder die verantwoordelijkheid wil nemen, het verschil maakt binnen het team en rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan de verdere uitbouw van het kantoor.

Jouw rol

Als senior dossierbeheerder neem je een centrale positie in binnen het kantoor.

Je beheert de dossiers van A tot Z en zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes correct en tijdig wordt afgewerkt. Als accountant ben je het aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en denk je proactief mee over optimalisaties en advies.

Maar daar stopt het niet.

Als ervaren boekhouder ondersteun je junior collega's in hun ontwikkeling en help je hen groeien in het vak. Dankzij jouw ervaring kunnen zij sneller schakelen en wordt de kwaliteit van het werk continu naar een hoger niveau getild.

En misschien nog belangrijker: door jouw zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin ontlast je de zaakvoerder, zodat die zich kan focussen op waar het echt telt - de verdere groei en strategie van het kantoor.

Zo is hij momenteel concreet aan het kijken naar de opstart van een tweede kantoor in Mechelen, om klanten nog beter te kunnen servicen en de verdere expansie van het kantoor mogelijk te maken.

Met andere woorden: jij houdt de motor draaiende, terwijl de zaakvoerder het gaspedaal indrukt 🚀

  • Je hebt 4 tot 6 jaar ervaring binnen een boekhoudkantoor
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken als dossierbeheerder / accountant / boekhouder
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch inzicht en denkt proactief mee met klanten
  • Je haalt energie uit het begeleiden van collega's
  • Je wil impact hebben binnen een kantoor en mee bouwen aan groei
