Voor een gespecialiseerde afdeling in Hoogstraten wordt gezocht naar een ervaren dossierbeheerder die zich volledig wil verdiepen in de wereld van land- en tuinbouw.

Dit is geen functie waarbij dossiers enkel boekhoudkundig worden verwerkt. Wie hier start, krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over ondernemers die actief zijn in een sector met een eigen fiscaliteit, specifieke regelgeving en heel wat uitdagingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheid

In deze functie wordt verwacht dat je zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid neemt over je dossiers. Je wacht niet af tot iemand vertelt wat er moet gebeuren, maar bewaakt zelf de deadlines, kwaliteit en voortgang van jouw klanten.

Je:

  • beheert dossiers van A tot Z;
  • verwerkt en analyseert de boekhouding;
  • sluit balansen af en maakt jaarrekeningen op;
  • verzorgt aangiften personenbelasting;
  • bereidt aangiften vennootschapsbelasting voor;
  • volgt fiscale verplichtingen en deadlines nauwgezet op;
  • bespreekt dossiers rechtstreeks met klanten;
  • denkt mee over fiscale optimalisaties en bedrijfsbeslissingen;
  • bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met landbouw- en tuinbouwondernemers.

Het belangrijkste verschil? Je bent niet zomaar dossierbeheerder. Je wordt een vaste gesprekspartner van de ondernemer. Je kent zijn bedrijf, begrijpt de sector en durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen wanneer er beslissingen moeten worden genomen.

Wie zoeken ze?

Voor deze functie zoeken ze iemand die al een stevige basis heeft opgebouwd binnen een accountants- of boekhoudkantoor en klaar is om volledig zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid te dragen.

Je:

  • hebt een viertal jaren ervaring binnen accountancy/fiscaliteit;
  • hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met klanten uit de land- en tuinbouw;
  • beschikt over een hoger diploma in een boekhoudkundige of fiscale richting;
  • werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig;
  • durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor je eigen dossiers;
  • hebt een sterke interesse in fiscaliteit;
  • bent bereid om permanent bij te leren;
  • communiceert vlot met ondernemers;
  • zoekt een samenwerking op lange termijn.
