Op zoek naar een omgeving waar digitalisering, autonomie en klantencontact hand in hand gaan? Voor een vooruitstrevend accountantskantoor in de regio Haaltert zoeken we een ervaren Dossierbeheerder / Accountant die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en mee wil groeien met een ambitieus team.

Je komt terecht in een kantoor van ongeveer 15 medewerkers dat sterk inzet op digitalisering en automatisatie. Hierdoor ligt de focus niet enkel op cijfers en administratie, maar krijg je vooral de ruimte om klanten écht te begeleiden en mee te denken over hun financiële en fiscale situatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Vanaf je opstart krijg je een grondige begeleiding. Naarmate je meer vertrouwd raakt met de werking, neem je zelfstandig de verantwoordelijkheid op over je eigen klantenportefeuille.

Je krijgt een afwisselend takenpakket, waarbij je onder andere instaat voor:

  • Het verwerken en controleren van boekhoudkundige gegevens.
  • Het opvolgen van financiële verrichtingen en aankoop- en verkoopfacturen.
  • Het voorbereiden van afsluitingen en balansen.
  • Het opstellen en finaliseren van jaarrekeningen.
  • Het voorbereiden en indienen van fiscale aangiftes voor zowel vennootschappen als personen.
  • Het opvolgen van deadlines en de volledige administratie binnen jouw dossiers.
  • Het analyseren en interpreteren van financiële cijfers.
  • Het opmaken van rapporteringen en financiële analyses.
  • Het rechtstreeks onderhouden van klantencontact.
  • Het meedenken met ondernemers rond fiscale optimalisatie, investeringen en andere financiële vraagstukken.

Je staat er uiteraard niet alleen voor. Voor complexere dossiers en adviesverlening kan je rekenen op de ondersteuning van ervaren collega's en een teamleader.

Jouw profiel

We zoeken iemand die al een stevige basis binnen accountancy heeft en graag de volgende stap wil zetten.

Je:

  • hebt een bachelor of master in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring;
  • hebt idealiter ongeveer 5 jaar ervaring binnen een accountantskantoor, fiduciaire of gelijkaardige omgeving;
  • kan zelfstandig dossiers opvolgen van A tot Z;
  • hebt een goede kennis van boekhouding en fiscaliteit;
  • werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail;
  • bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt graag mee met klanten;
  • communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands;
  • bent leergierig en staat open voor verdere opleidingen en ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied.

Een ITAA-titel is een pluspunt, maar zeker geen must. Ook kennis van Exact Online en Silverfin is mooi meegenomen.
