Jij zorgt ervoor dat processen soepel verlopen, collega's weten wat er van hen verwacht wordt en pakketten op tijd verwerkt worden. Lees verder en ontdek of deze baan bij jou past. Wat ga je doen? Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse operatie efficiënt, veilig en volgens planning verloopt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren van operationele werkzaamheden op de werkvloer. - Laden, lossen, scannen en sorteren van pakketten. - Controleren van labels, documenten en pakketstromen. - Onderzoeken en oplossen van operationele afwijkingen. - Begeleiden en inwerken van nieuwe collega's. - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit. - Ondersteunen van de teamleader operations bij dagelijkse aansturing. Dankzij jouw ervaring weet je snel te schakelen wanneer processen afwijken en zorg je ervoor dat de operatie blijft draaien. Je werkt samen met operators, senior medewerkers, chauffeurs en teamleiders. Als ervaren collega ben je zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en draag je actief bij aan de prestaties van het team. Binnen Beverwijk werken we met verschillende diensten. Tijdens een kennismaking bespreken we samen welke mogelijkheden het beste aansluiten bij jouw situatie. Je werkt in een volcontinu rooster.
