Je verbindt ontwerp, BIM, planning en uitvoering, zodat het project zorgvuldig en resultaatgericht van voorbereiding naar realisatie gaat. - Coördineer bouwkundige, constructieve en installatietechnische engineering. - Beheer het BIM-model en stem tekeningen, planning en uitvoering op elkaar af. - Signaleer knelpunten, neem onderbouwde besluiten en werk aan haalbare oplossingen. - Denk mee over inkoop, kosten, bouwlogistiek, duurzaamheid en uitvoeringsmethoden. - Begeleid engineers, deel kennis en werk samen met projectleiding, adviseurs en partners. Je bent de rechterhand van de projectleider en het technische aanspreekpunt binnen het voorbereidingsteam. Met initiatief, leiderschap en doorzettingsvermogen houd je overzicht over woningbouw, een cultuurhistorisch entreegebouw, een WKO-kelder en complexe binnenstedelijke logistiek. Je overtuigt betrokken partijen met heldere argumenten en bewaakt kwaliteit, voortgang en technische haalbaarheid. Functie-eisen Voor deze seniorfunctie zoeken we een ervaren bouwprofessional die nauwkeurig organiseert en eigenaarschap toont. Je combineert technische kennis met integriteit, empathie en een verbindende manier van samenwerken.
