Bei uns gestalten Sie die Zukunft! Ob im Auto, Smartphone, Kühlschrank oder in Ihrer Geldkarte - Know-how von Infineon Austria steckt in vielen Anwendungen des Alltags. Für all diese Innovationen stellen wir am Standort Villach moderneste Gebäudetechnik zur Verfügung. Unser Facility Management hat die Aufgabe alle infrastrukturellen Randbedingungen zu schaffen und bereitzustellen, um das Kerngeschäft Mikrochipproduktion und Elektronikentwicklung 365 Tage im Jahr, 24 Stunden täglich reibungslos und zuverlässig bereitzustellen. Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören u. a.:

* Verantwortung für die Gewerke im Bereich Heizungs-, Sanitär- und Kältetechnik am Standort Villach

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Fachabteilungen und externen Partnerunternehmen sowie mit allen anderen Gewerken im Bereich SO (Supply & Operation) und beteiligten Abteilungen

* Planen und Durchführen von Facility Management Projekten

* Planen von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsaufgaben hinsichtlich Technik, Kosten und Fremdfirmenbetreuung

* Durchführen von Abnahmen und Inbetriebnahmen von Neuanlagen, Umbauten, Änderungen

* Umsetzung und Teilnahme bei allen erforderlichen internen und externen Audits

* Erarbeiten und Verwalten von Pflichtenheften, technischen Beschreibungen, Arbeitsplatzanweisungen und anderen notwendigen Dokumentationen

* Umsetzung und Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und Auflagen für den laufenden Betrieb

Ihr Profil

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten, die Ihnen zum Erfolg verhelfen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und Qualifikation für die Verantwortung der Gewerke Kälte, Heizung, Prozesskühlwasser und Sanitär - z. B. durch Meisterprüfung (HKLS / Installations- und Gebäudetechnik) oder ein einschlägiges Studium (z. B. Gebäudetechnik, Versorgungstechnik, Maschinenbau)

* Fachkenntnisse im Bereich MSR (Mess-, Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik) sowie Kenntnisse der Reinraumtechnik (von Vorteil)

* Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten verfügen

* Gute CAD und MS Office Kenntnisse mitbringen

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Zusätzliche Information

Wir bieten wettbewerbsfähige Gehälter sowie zusätzliche Leistungen, die sich nach Ihrer Leistung, Erfahrung und Qualifikation richten. Die Anstellung erfolgt gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte und Arbeiter*innen der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie, Beschäftigungsgruppe H (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). Das Monatsgehalt wird 14-mal pro Jahr ausgezahlt. Je nach Fachkenntnissen und Fähigkeiten ist eine höhere Vergütung möglich.
