Du verstehst Geschäftsprozesse, bindest Kund*innen erfolgreich ein und bringst Struktur in komplexe Anforderungen? Dann suchen wir dich als Senior ERP Project Manager für unser Business Solutions Team. Bei COUNT IT arbeitest du an ERP-Projekten für österreichische Unternehmen vom KMU bis zum gehobenen Mittelstand. Der Schwerpunkt liegt bei uns auf Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Aufgaben * Leitung und Koordinierung von ERP-Projekten, beginnend mit der Analyse bis hin zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung * Fachliche und organisatorische Verantwortung von ERP-Projekten * Verantwortung für Terminfristen, Budget, Qualität, Entscheidungen und Projektziele * Verständnis der Kundenprozesse und Übersetzung von Kundenanforderungen in klare definierte Lösungskonzepte * Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit Consulting, Entwicklung, Support und Kund*innen * Moderation und Durchführung von Kundenworkshops * Weiterentwicklung unserer ERP-Projektmethodik sowie Erkennung von Verbesserungspotenzialen

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass ein KV-Mindestgehalt in Höhe von 55.356,- EUR brutto pro Jahr auf Basis Vollzeit gilt (ST1, Regelstufe, KV Informationstechnologie, 38,5 Wochenstunden).

Unsere Erwartungen * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im ERP-Umfeld, als Consultant, Projektmanager*in oder als Keyuser mit Projektverantwortung * Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV * Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse in Unternehmen * Freude am Kundenkontakt, an der Umsetzung von Workshops und an einer lösungsorientierten Kommunikation * Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Projektmanagement-Skills und Umsetzungsstärke * Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Sprachniveau C1), Englisch von Vorteil

Optionale Fähigkeiten * Alternative Kenntnisse mit anderen vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen, wie etwa SAP Business One, SAP, BMD, Odoo, abas, proALPHA, mesonic, Infor, Sage, ...
