Als Senior Finance Business Partner ondersteun je de financiële en commerciële besluitvorming binnen de regio Zuidwest-Europa. Je werkt als rechterhand van de regionale Finance Director en vertaalt complexe financiële analyses naar duidelijke aanbevelingen voor het management.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteunen van de Finance Director voor de regio Zuidwest-Europa.
  • Structureren van financiële en strategische prioriteiten.
  • Voorbereiden van analyses en beslissingsdocumenten voor het regionale management.
  • Vertalen van financiële inzichten naar concrete zakelijke aanbevelingen.
  • Voorbereiden van financiële rapporteringen voor het Executive Management en de raad van bestuur.
  • Samenwerken met financiële en operationele stakeholders in verschillende Europese markten.
  • Verbeteren en standaardiseren van regionale financiële processen.
  • Optimaliseren van budgetterings- en forecastingprocessen.
  • Opvolgen en analyseren van de financiële prestaties gedurende het jaar.
  • Ondersteunen van strategische financiële planningen en opvolgingen.
  • Uitvoeren van scenarioanalyses en marktanalyses.
  • Ontwikkelen en kritisch beoordelen van businesscases en investeringsvoorstellen.
  • Evalueren van commerciële opportuniteiten en verbeteringsinitiatieven.
  • Uitvoeren van diepgaande rendabiliteits- en prestatieanalyses.
  • Analyseren van verkoopresultaten en marktpotentieel.
  • Leveren van financiële ondersteuning bij regionale en afdelingoverschrijdende projecten.
  • Verbinden van regionale financiële prioriteiten met lokale commerciële behoeften.
  • Nauw samenwerken met het hoofdkantoor in Parijs en financiële teams in Europa.
  • Masterdiploma in Finance, Handelswetenschappen, Economie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Minstens vijf tot zeven jaar relevante financiële ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen finance business partnering, FP&A, commercial finance, strategy finance of consultancy.
  • Ervaring binnen een complexe organisatie die actief is in verschillende landen of markten.
  • Grondige ervaring met forecasting, planning en performance management.
  • Ervaring met strategische financiële processen en besluitvorming.
  • In staat om financiële analyses naar duidelijke aanbevelingen te vertalen.
  • Ervaring met het voorbereiden van presentaties voor senior management en raden van bestuur.
  • Ervaring met businesscases, investeringsvoorstellen en financiële scenarioanalyses.
  • Sterke kennis van Excel en PowerPoint.
  • Ervaring met SAP, Anaplan, Power BI of vergelijkbare toepassingen is een voordeel.
  • Zeer goede professionele kennis van het Engels en Frans.
  • Kennis van het Nederlands of andere talen is een voordeel.
  • Sterk analytisch, gestructureerd, nieuwsgierig en proactief.
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om vertrouwen op te bouwen met senior stakeholders.
  • Zelfverzekerd genoeg om beslissingen en resultaten op een constructieve manier uit te dagen.
  • In staat om lokale details met regionale en strategische prioriteiten te verbinden.
