Onze opdrachtgever is een stabiele organisatie binnen een groeiende sector. Ondanks zijn internationale bedrijvigheid blijft het familiale karakter behouden. Ze hebben een hart voor het milieu en kijken steeds uit naar innovatieve oplossingen. Je bent de rechterhand van de hoofdboekhouder. Binnenkort gaan ze een nieuw ERP-pakket implementeren dus hier zit alvast een leuke uitdaging.

Wat doe je als Senior Finance Professional?

Als Senior Finance Professional word je een sleutelfiguur binnen het financieel team. Je combineert boekhoudkundige expertise met analytisch inzicht en ondersteunt actief de verdere professionalisering van de financiële processen.

Je komt terecht in een stabiel en ervaren team binnen een familiale onderneming met korte communicatielijnen en een hands-on mentaliteit.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse boekhouding en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor complexere boekhoudkundige vragen.
  • Voorbereiden, uitvoeren en analyseren van maandafsluitingen.
  • Opstellen van dagelijkse, wekelijkse en maandelijkse financiële en operationele rapporteringen.
  • Uitvoeren van ad-hoc analyses ter ondersteuning van het financieel beleid.
  • Kritisch analyseren van cijfers en rapporten om de correctheid en volledigheid te garanderen.
  • Ondersteunen van collega’s binnen het finance team.
  • Actief meedenken over procesoptimalisaties en efficiëntieverbeteringen.
  • Mee vorm geven aan de implementatie van het nieuwe ERP-systeem (D365).

Wie ben jij & wat zijn je skills?

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding binnen finance, accountancy of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accounting.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel.
  • Ervaring met intercompany transacties is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van AX Dynamics of D365 is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die ook zelfstandig sterk functioneert.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede basiskennis Frans.
