Nu staan we aan de vooravond van een internationale doorbraak. Vandaag nog met 350 mensen, straks misschien wel met 500. Om (internationaal) verder te groeien zoeken we ondernemende en energieke mensen die samen met ons verzekeringen willen blijven opschudden. Wat we nodig hebben? Een Financial Controller die de mouwen opstroopt en ons Finance team komt versterken! Wat ga je doen? Als (Senior) Financial Controller zorg je ervoor dat InShared financieel in control is, zowel in de dagelijkse operatie als richting verdere (internationale) groei. Deze rol past bij een deskundige en zelfstandige professional die plezier haalt uit kwaliteit, overzicht en het goed neerzetten én onderhouden van het financiële fundament. Een groot deel van je werk bestaat uit het uitvoeren, controleren en organiseren van werkzaamheden binnen financial control en administratie, waarbij nauwkeurigheid en overzicht essentieel zijn. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de financiële verslaglegging en het jaarrekeningproces. Dat doe je samen met een team van acht finance-collega's. Je stuurt niet hiërarchisch aan, maar neemt wel eigenaarschap en zorgt dat processen soepel blijven lopen, ook als het complex wordt. Je werkt samen met interne en externe stakeholders, zoals de accountant, CFO en Achmea. Je bent daarbij een inhoudelijke gesprekspartner die meedenkt, vragen stelt en vanuit expertise bijdraagt aan zorgvuldige besluitvorming. Naast de reguliere control-werkzaamheden kijk je ook vooruit. Je helpt het financiële domein verder te ontwikkelen en klaar te maken voor de toekomst. Daarbij houd je rekening met internationale groei, veranderende verslaggevingsregels en onderwerpen als risk & compliance en fiscale aspecten.
