Senior Financial Controller Vervuld Maarsbergen € 85.000 p/j Maak het verschil als Senior Financial Controller in Maarsbergen Als Senior Financial Controller zorg jij ervoor dat Van Laar TSO beschikt over betrouwbare financiële inzichten en een toekomstbestendige financiële organisatie. Zonder jouw expertise ontbreekt het management aan de juiste stuurinformatie en blijven kansen voor verdere groei en optimalisatie onbenut. Je werkt nauw samen met de operationeel directeur en algemeen directeur en krijgt de mogelijkheid om de financiële functie binnen de organisatie verder vorm te geven. Daarbij ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel operationele als strategische financiële werkzaamheden en speel je een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren van processen, rapportages en financiële beheersing. Kortom, jij pakt de regie bij het: - opstellen en verwerken van jaaropgaven en financiële rapportages; - optimaliseren en professionaliseren van financiële processen; - adviseren van de directie over financiële ontwikkelingen en verbeterkansen; - creëren van inzicht, structuur en financiële sturing binnen de organisatie; - verkoop- en inkoopfacturen verwerken. Als gedreven Senior Financial Controller kun jij rekenen op: Een zelfstandige en verantwoordelijke functie binnen een groeiende organisatie waar ondernemerschap wordt gewaardeerd. Van Laar TSO geeft jou de ruimte om mee te denken, verbeteringen door te voeren en een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het bedrijf. Op basis van een fulltime dienstverband krijg je daarbovenop: - salaris tot € 85.000,- per jaar; - eindejaarsuitkering van 6%; - dienstverband van 32 tot 40 uur per week; - 25 vakantiedagen; - RAS pensioenregeling; - leaseauto, telefoon en laptop van de zaak; - lease a bike-regeling; - opleidings- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden.
