Je leidt de functionele specificaties van grootschalige projecten, waarbij je jouw diepgaande analyse-kennis naadloos vertaalt naar meetbare bedrijfswaarde. Hier krijg je het vertrouwen om jouw functionele visie tot leven te brengen.

Jouw bijdrage

Wij zoeken iemand die een proactieve rol wil spelen:

  • Leiden van de analysefase voor complexe, strategische projecten en het bepalen van de functionele roadmap.
  • Vastleggen van gedetailleerde, robuuste functionele specificaties, data mapping en integratie vereisten.
  • Fungeren als het centrale contactpunt voor business stakeholders en Development/Architectuur teams om consensus te bereiken.
  • Mentorschap en coaching bieden aan medior en junior analisten in het team.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de validatie van de oplossing op basis van functionele en niet-functionele vereisten.
  • Actief kennis delen tijdens lunch & learns en collegiale feedback geven via peer reviews of document reviews.
  • Proactief adviseren van klanten over procesoptimalisatie en het identificeren van kansen voor digitale transformatie.

Essentiële Vaardigheden

  • Bewezen vermogen om de analyse voor grootschalige en complexe projecten te leiden en te sturen.
  • Diepgaande expertise in meerdere requirement gathering en analyse-technieken (bv. use cases, user stories, prototyping, process modeling).
  • Uitstekende vaardigheden in stakeholder management en het navigeren van politieke en organisatorische complexiteit.
  • Uitmuntende communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
  • Het vermogen om autonoom te werken en tegelijkertijd een leidende rol binnen het team op te nemen.
  • Sterke focus op kwaliteit en het hanteren van een gestructureerde aanpak.

Aanbevolen opleiding & ervaring

  • Een academische achtergrond (Master) in Business, Informatica, of een gerelateerd studiegebied, of een gelijkwaardig niveau bereikt door relevante werkervaring(en).
  • Doorgaans 5+ jaar ervaring als Functioneel Analist of Business Analist, liefst in een consultancy- of project gebaseerde omgeving.
