Als functioneel beheerder ben je breed inzetbaar en samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor beschikbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid en doorontwikkeling van diverse applicaties ter ondersteuning van het onderwijs en onderzoek binnen de Haagse. Dit betekent onder andere dat je: - Een actieve rol hebt bij complexe wijzigingen, implementaties en projecten en zorgt voor afstemming tussen de gebruikersorganisatie, leveranciers, ICT-partners en projectteams. - Actief bijdraagt aan de realisatie van de Onderwijsvisie door onderwijsbehoeften te vertalen naar passende informatievoorziening en applicatieondersteuning. - De samenhang bewaakt tussen processen, applicaties en gebruikersbehoeften en verbetermogelijkheden signaleert. - Optreedt als senior binnen het team en fungeert als sparringpartner, coach en inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor collega-functioneel beheerders. - Management, product owners en proceseigenaren adviseert over de inzet en doorontwikkeling van onderwijsapplicaties. - Leveranciers aanstuurt op kwaliteit, voortgang en naleving van gemaakte afspraken en SLA's. - Tweedelijnsondersteuning verzorgt, inclusief probleem- en impactanalyses en correcte routering van incidenten en problemen. - De organisatie informeert en begeleidt bij wijzigingen in applicaties en processen. - Functionele en gebruikersacceptatietesten verricht en organiseert en testplannen opstelt. - Bijdraagt aan kennisopbouw en kennisdeling, onder ...
