Elk kantoor binnen de PIA Group behoudt zijn uniek DNA. Wij versterken die persoonlijke aanpak vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Gent met een overkoepelende ondersteuning op het vlak van IT en digitalisatie, HR, Finance en Advisory.

Voor een tijdelijke opdracht binnen ons finance team zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Senior GL Accountant. In deze rol werk je vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Gent en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de boekhouding van verschillende lokale kantoren.Wat kun je verwachten van deze tijdelijke opdracht als Senior GL Accountant?Als senior GL Accountant vervul je een sleutelrol binnen onze financiële afdeling. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de correcte en tijdige verwerking van de algemene boekhouding voor meerdere kantoren. Daarbij combineer je nauwkeurigheid en autonomie met een sterk analytisch inzicht, en draag je actief bij aan de optimalisatie van onze financiële processen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Zelfstandig voeren van de algemene boekhouding van A tot Z
  • Verwerken en controleren van provisies en afschrijvingen
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Opmaken en neerleggen van jaarrekeningen en jaarverslagen
  • Ondersteunen bij externe audits
  • Opmaken en indienen van vennootschapsaangiftes
  • Indienen van diverse aangiftes en fiches
  • Actieve rol in het optimaliseren van processen en automatiseringsinitiatieven, waaronder het verkennen en inzetten van nieuwe tools zoals AI-toepassingen
  • Samenwerken met AP/AR, controlling en andere stakeholders binnen finance
  • Aanspreekpunt voor de lokale kantoorverantwoordelijken m.b.t. hun boekhouding

Door de combinatie van een sterke service en succesvolle overnames zijn wij de 3de grootste accountancy- en advisorygroep van België. Het is onze ambitie om nog meer lokale kantoren aan te klikken en samen ondernemers advies te bieden dat écht dichter bij hen staat.

Jouw profiel als GL Accountant

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in finance of economie
  • Je hebt 6+ jaar relevante ervaring in algemene boekhouding (GL Accountant)
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis Frans
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van BE GAAP
  • Je hebt een goede BTW-kennis
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, analytisch en communiceert helder
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent tegelijk een echte teamplayer
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische, groeiende omgeving waar niet alles vastligt
  • Je denkt actief na over efficiëntere werkmethodes en neemt nieuwe processen snel op
  • Je hebt een sterke digital mindset: interesse in automatisatie, nieuwe technologieën en geoptimaliseerde processen
  • Je bent flexibel en kan goed omgaan met verandering
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Exact Online en Silverfin
