1 Senior Global Store Performance Controller (f/m/d) How You'll Make Your Mark Deine Hauptaufgaben in dieser Position sind: * Sie übernehmen und verbessern kontinuierlich den globalen analytischen Rahmen für die Filialleistung, um sicherzustellen, dass finanzielle und operative KPIs konsistent definiert und länderübergreifend, Filialformate und Reifestufen vergleichbar bleiben. * Sie analysieren große Filialportfolios, um Muster, Ausreißer und strukturelle Leistungslücken zu identifizieren und steuerbare operative Treiber von Markt-, Format-, Standort- und Fälligkeitseffekten zu trennen. * Im Rahmen der Rolle bewerten Sie das Leistungspotenzial auf Filial-, Cluster-, Regions- und Länderebene und priorisieren Chancen anhand von Wert, Machbarkeit und erwarteter Geschäftsauswirkung. * Sie erstellen klare Treiberbäume und erklären Abweichungen über Umsatz, Bruttogewinn, Arbeitsproduktivität, Betriebskosten, Lagerbestände und Filialbeitrag. * Von Ihnen wird erwartet, dass Sie mit den Länder-Finanz- und Betriebsteams zusammenarbeiten, um Ergebnisse zu validieren, den lokalen Kontext zu verstehen und Analysen in praktische Verbesserungshypothesen sowie messbare Folgemaßnahmen umzuwandeln. * Sie entwickeln globale Benchmarks, Peer-Gruppen und fortgeschrittene Analysen, einschließlich Store-Ramp-up-Kurven, Portfoliosegmentierung, Trend- und Kohortenanalysen sowie szenariobasierten Business Cases. * Sie werden damit beauftragt, Management-Readyperformance-Narrative mit Power BI, SAP und anderen relevanten Datenquellen zu entwerfen, mit starkem Fokus auf Datenqualität, transparente Methodik und Wiederholbarkeit. * Im Rahmen Ihrer Rolle geben Sie führenden Stakeholdern prägnante, faktenbasierte Empfehlungen und tragen zur Weiterentwicklung globaler Leistungssteuerungsstandards und Berichtslösungen bei.

Dein Profil - Die Anforderungen an diese Position: * Sie verfügen über mehrere Jahre relevante Erfahrung in Steuerung, FP&A, kommerzieller Analytik oder Performance Management, idealerweise im Lebensmittelhandel, Multi-Site-Einzelhandel oder einem anderen operativen Netzwerkgeschäft. * Sie haben einen Universitätsabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Business Analytics, Data Science oder einer vergleichbaren Disziplin abgeschlossen. * Sie bringen eine starke Erfolgsbilanz bei der Analyse großer und heterogener Datensätze, der Identifizierung von Ursachen und der Umwandlung von Ergebnissen in kommerziell relevante Empfehlungen mit. * Sie bringen fortgeschrittenes Wissen in Power BI mit, einschließlich Datenmodellierung, Power Query und DAX, sowie starke Excel-Fähigkeiten. Praktische Erfahrung mit SAP, SAP BW und/oder S/4HANA ist sehr wertvoll. * Sie haben ein fundiertes Verständnis der Filialökonomie und wichtiger Einzelhandelstreiber wie Umsatzdichte, Bruttomarge, Arbeitsproduktivität, Schrumpfung, Belegungskosten, Ladenreife und Beitragsrentabilität. * Sie haben Vertrauen darin, mit internationalen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten, globale Vergleichbarkeit mit lokalen Geschäftsrealitäten auszubalancieren und ohne direkte Autorität Einfluss zu nehmen. * Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse. Deutsch ist ein Vorteil, aber nicht unerlässlich.
