Wat je doet als Senior HR adviseur bij WEA Deltaland Als HR Adviseur ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden, vennoten en medewerkers op uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. Je beweegt je gemakkelijk tussen operationeel, tactisch en strategisch niveau en weet waar je prioriteiten liggen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren van management, vennoten en teamleiders over personeelsvraagstukken, leiderschap en organisatieontwikkeling. - Signaleren van knelpunten en kansen binnen teams en hierover proactief adviseren. - Ontwikkelen, verbeteren en implementeren van HR-beleid en HR-processen. - Initiëren en begeleiden van HR-projecten op thema's zoals duurzame inzetbaarheid, vitaliteit, medewerkerstevredenheid en ontwikkeling. - Ondersteunen en adviseren bij verzuimtrajecten, arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken en juridische HR-trajecten. - Analyseren van HR-data en vertalen van trends naar concrete verbeteracties. - Signaleren van ontwikkelingen binnen HR en a...
