Daarnaast neem je initiatief in verbeteringen die passen bij de behoefte van de adviesgroepen en bij de actuele agenda van de afdeling Human Talent. Highlights - Je bent Senior HR adviseur voor meerdere adviesgroepen. - Je adviseert leidinggevenden, directies én medewerkers over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. - Je krijgt ruimte om diverse HR-projecten op te pakken en verbeteringen door te voeren. In het kort - Werkweek: 32 tot 40 uur - HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring - Hybride werken vanuit huis en ons kantoor in Amersfoort Jouw werkzaamheden Als Senior HR adviseur ben je sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden en directies binnen meerdere adviesgroepen. Ook adviseer je medewerkers bij HR-vragen. Je ondersteunt bij praktische en strategische vraagstukken, bijvoorbeeld over inzetbaarheid, ontwikkeling, samenwerking, leiderschap en goed werkgeverschap. Signalen uit de adviesgroepen vertaal je naar passende HR-oplossingen en praktische verbeteringen voor mensen, teams en de organisatie.
