Senior HR-Adviseur Hybride Zet jij als Senior HR-Adviseur de koers uit voor drie van onze business units? Ben jij de Senior HR-Adviseur die wij zoeken? Dan is dit jouw kans! Wat ga je doen? Als Senior HR-Adviseur bij VDH Company krijg je een eigen portefeuille met drie van onze zes business units. Je bent hierin het eerste aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers, en denkt actief mee over personeelsvraagstukken en organisatieontwikkeling. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega HR-Adviseur en je rapporteert aan de HR-Manager. Je hebt een brede rol met zowel operationele als tactische verantwoordelijkheden. Je adviseert, coördineert én voert uit, met veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng en projecten. Deze invulling zorgt voor een rol waarin je impact kan maken en jezelf kunt blijven ontwikkelen. Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Adviseren en samenwerken met business unit managers en teamleiders op het gebied van o.a. inzetbaarheid, functioneren, ontwikkeling en verzuim; - Signaleren van knelpunten en kansen binnen jouw business units en hierop proactief handelen; - Initiëren, coördineren en uitvoeren van HR-projecten, o.a. gericht op strategisch personeelsmanagement en duurzame inzetbaarheid; - Bijdragen aan het ontwikkelen en implementeren van het HR-beleid binnen jouw business units; - Analyseren van HR-data om continue de HR-processen te verbeteren en te borgen binnen de organisatie.
