Senior HR-Adviseur Zorg Assen - Hoogeveen · Drenthe Als Senior HR-Adviseur kom je terecht in een enthousiast HR-team bij een kleinschalige en laagdrempelige zorgorganisatie met korte lijnen in Drenthe. Er werken ongeveer 500 medewerkers en 200 vrijwilligers binnen deze organisatie. Je hebt uitdagende en variërende werkzaamheden, waarbij niet één dag hetzelfde is. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent eerste aanspreekpunt voor een aantal BU en/of stafdiensten en geeft advies op HR en verzuimpreventie - Je bent kartrekker van diverse HR-projecten zoals duurzame inzetbaarheid, onboarding, leiderschap en employer branding - Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden, bespreekt casuïstiek en denkt mee in mogelijkheden - Je ondersteunt de Business Units en stafdiensten in het behalen van doelstellingen - Je signaleert en implementeert nieuwe wet- en regelgeving en wijzigingen in de CAO - Je bent aanspreekpunt op het gebied van organisatorische veranderingen Wat we van je vragen - Je bent niet alleen een denker, maar ook een doener - Je bent planmatig sterk, maar weet ook ad hoc te acteren - Je hebt talent voor in- en extern relatiebeheer - Je beschikt over minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau - Je bent analytisch ingesteld en hebt oog voor detail - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden - Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in de HR-wereld Wat we bieden - Een salaris conform de CAO Verpleeg- en Verzorgingshuizen & Thuiszorg, functiegroep 60 - Een aantrekkelijk pakket aan secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden waar je uit kunt kiezen - Een fietsregeling en ICT-regeling - Opleidingen en trainingen - Kortingen op collectieve verzekeringen Interesse?
