- Senior HR Officer - 28 - 32 uur - € 4.000,- / € 5.000,- - SON Als Senior HR Officer speel je een centrale rol binnen de HR Backoffice van een dynamisch team. Je brengt structuur, initieert verbeteringen en ondersteunt in dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je werkt hybride vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Son en hebt veel impact op de HR-processen. Functieomschrijving In de functie van Senior HR Officer ben jij de spil binnen de HR Backoffice. Met jouw ervaring en kennis breng je nieuwe inzichten, waardoor het team efficiënter en effectiever werkt. Je coördineert de werkzaamheden, stemt af met salarisadministratie en HR Business Partners en signaleert kansen voor procesverbetering. Jouw expertise in HR-systemen zorgt ervoor dat je snel je weg vindt in de digitale administratieve processen. Een gemiddelde werkdag bestaat uit het bewaken van structuur en prioriteiten binnen het team. Je begeleidt en stuurt de dagelijkse operatie aan zonder een formele leidinggevende rol. Je vindt de juiste balans tussen operationele taken en het doorvoeren van optimalisatieprojecten. Je ondersteunt je collega's waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat processen foutloos verlopen. Daarbij houd je altijd het overzicht en werk je nauwkeurig volgens een "nul fouten methode". Voel jij je thuis in een energiek en ambitieus HR-team? Wil je bijdragen aan de groei en ontwikkeling van de HR-afdeling?
