Als Senior Huisvestingsadviseur ben jij de strategische adviseur die opdrachtgevers begeleidt bij complexe huisvestingsvraagstukken. Jij vertaalt wensen en ambities naar haalbare, toekomstbestendige plannen en zorgt ervoor dat projecten niet alleen technisch en financieel kloppen, maar ook bijdragen aan een leefbare en duurzame omgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met projectmanagers, bouwkostendeskundigen en duurzaamheidsspecialisten, en bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers gedurende het hele traject. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn divers en uitdagend. Je analyseert huisvestingsbehoeften, stelt programma's van eisen op en adviseert over de beste aanpak voor nieuwbouw, renovatie of transformatie. Je bent betrokken bij haalbaarheidsonderzoeken, maakt financiële doorrekeningen en begeleidt het ontwerpproces. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol in het afstemmen van belangen tussen verschillende stakeholders, zoals gemeenten, eindgebruikers en bouwpartners. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met de nieuwste ontwikkelingen op het gebied van duurzaamheid en circulariteit, en vertaal je deze naar concrete adviezen voor jouw opdrachtgevers. Binnen deze functie krijg je de ruimte om door te groeien naar een rol als lead-adviseur of teamleider. Het bureau investeert actief in de ontwikkeling van zijn medewerkers door middel van opleidingen, kennissessies en het delen van expertise binnen het team. Je krijgt de kans om je te specialiseren in specifieke sectoren, zoals onderwijs, zorg of woningbouw, of om je verder te verdiepen in thema's zoals circulariteit, energietransitie of gebiedsontwikkeling.
