Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan het Security Office Team en bevordert de security awareness binnen de VDL Groep. Wat ga je doen? - Wet- en regelgeving zoals Cyberbeveiligingswet (Cbw, NIS2) en Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) vertalen naar beleid en maatregelen - Leidinggeven aan het Security Office Team volgens een agile werkwijze - Risicoanalyses uitvoeren en het Information Security Management System (ISMS) beheren en verbeteren - Begeleiden van VDL-bedrijven bij certificeringen zoals ISO27001, TISAX en CRA - Beleidsvragen beantwoorden en advies geven over governance, risk en compliance (GRC) - Samenwerken met collega's binnen Security Office en ICT Wat wordt er gevraagd? - Hbo- of wo-opleiding - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen cybersecurity, met ervaring in team- en projectleiding en stakeholdermanagement - Ervaring als Product Owner en met agile en traditioneel projectmanagement - Kennis van of certificering in ISO27001, NIS2, TISAX en CRA - Goede beheersing van Nederlands (C2) en Engels Wat wordt er geboden? - Bruto maandsalaris van € 5100 tot € 6700 afhankelijk van ervaring en achtergrond - 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen - Winstdeling en een goede pensioenregeling - Flexibele werktijden en mogelijkheden voor trainingen, opleidingen en interne doorgroei - Diverse collectiviteitsregelingen, waaronder PC-privéplan en fietsplan - Deelname aan sportactiviteiten en het jaarlijkse VDL-feest Over VDL Nederland B.V.
