Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben

* Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Architektur zentraler Microsoft-Basisdienste (Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, Zertifikatsdienste) * Verantwortung für Virtualisierungsplattformen (VMware, Hyper-V) sowie Backend-Komponenten für Citrix-Umgebungen * Aufbau und Pflege stabiler, sicherer und skalierbarer Plattformdienste * Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Standardisierungs- und Automatisierungskonzepten (PowerShell, IaC, Deployment-Pipelines) * Betreuung und Optimierung hybrider Infrastrukturen (On-Premises, Azure, Entra ID) * Planung und Umsetzung von Infrastrukturprojekten (Migrationen, Modernisierungen, Plattformaufbau) * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT Security zur Umsetzung sicherer Plattform-Architekturen * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Standards, Richtlinien und Dokumentationen * Unterstützung bei Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management * Analyse komplexer technischer Herausforderungen und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen * Beratung und Unterstützung von Workplace, M365 und Security bei Plattform- und Identity-Themen * Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Sicherheit und Performance der gesamten Infrastruktur

Sie bringen mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (HAK, HTL, FH, Universität oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Microsoft-Infrastruktur, Virtualisierung oder Plattformbetrieb * Fundiertes technisches Wissen über AD/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, Zertifikatsdienste, Gruppenrichtlinien und Plattformdienste * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in VMware, Hyper-V und idealerweise Citrix-Backend-Technologien * Erfahrung in Automatisierung (PowerShell, IaC, Skripting, Deployment-Pipelines) * Erfahrung in Standardisierung von Infrastruktur-Architekturen und Plattformdiensten * Kenntnisse in Netzwerk-Grundlagen (Routing, Switching, Firewall-Grundkonzepte) * ITIL Foundation oder höher * Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (klassisch oder agil) * Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit * Hands-on Mentalität und Freude an technischer Tiefe * Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Qualitätsbewusstsein
