Bij CZ heeft Procurement een belangrijke rol in het realiseren van toekomstbestendige, betaalbare zorg. De afdeling Procurement verzorgt de strategische en tactische indirecte inkoop voor alle divisies, waaronder Data & IT, Klant & Markt, HR, Facilitair, Finance en Operations. Als senior inkoper lever jij een belangrijke bijdrage aan het realiseren van de organisatiedoelstellingen van CZ. Je geeft richting aan de NPR-inkoopstrategie van de categorie HR of Facilitair en Operations en zorgt dat deze zichtbaar resultaat oplevert. Je beweegt je soepel op strategisch niveau, bent een volwaardig sparringpartner voor interne stakeholders en werkt nauw samen met leveranciers- en contractmanagement. In een complex stakeholderveld weet jij belangen te verbinden en waarde te realiseren: van kwaliteit en continuïteit tot innovatie en kostenbeheersing. Ook houd je rekening met relevante wet- en regelgeving en interne kaders op het gebied van risicobeheersing, waaronder Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) en DORA. In jouw rol: - Stel je per inkooptraject het juiste multidisciplinaire team samen en neem je de regie; - Voer je samen met specialisten van onder andere Juridische Zaken, Risk, Compliance en Finance onderhandelingen over contracten, prijsafspraken, voorwaarden en commerciële risico's; - Stuur je actief op leveranciers- en contractperformance, met oog voor kwaliteit, innovatie, continuïteit en risicobeheersing; - Initieer en begeleid je inkoopgerichte verbeter- en verandertra...
