In deze rol werk je aan complexe technische projecten waarbij inkoop een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan kwaliteit, risicobeheersing en het financiële resultaat. Je komt terecht in een professioneel inkoopteam en werkt nauw samen met projectmanagement, technische specialisten, contractmanagement en uitvoering. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en realiseren van inkoopstrategieën en weet de belangen van verschillende stakeholders goed met elkaar te verbinden. De organisatie werkt aan omvangrijke en maatschappelijk relevante infrastructuurprojecten, waarbij onder andere renovatie, onderhoud en technische installaties een belangrijke rol spelen. Functie-omschrijving Als Senior Inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige inkoopproces binnen complexe technische projecten. Je bepaalt samen met het projectteam de juiste inkoopstrategie en zorgt vervolgens voor een professionele uitvoering daarvan. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van inkoopstrategieën voor complexe technische en infrastructurele projecten; - Begeleiden van aanbestedingen en offertetrajecten; - Voeren van onderhandelingen met leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Contracteren van leveranciers en bewaken van gemaakte afspraken; - Signaleren en beheersen van commerciële, contractuele en operationele risico's; - Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met leveranciers en marktpartijen; - Adviseren van projectteams over inkoop-, leveranciers- en contractvraagstukken; - Coördineren van het volledige inkoopproces van aanvraag tot contractering; -...
