Als Senior Intercedent ben jij de kartrekker binnen de vestiging. Jij ziet kansen in de markt, bouwt aan sterke klantrelaties en weet precies hoe je de juiste kandidaten aan de juiste plek koppelt. Samen met een klein en betrokken team zorg je ervoor dat de vestiging verder groeit en resultaten zichtbaar worden. Je start de dag samen met collega's, bespreekt de lopende vacatures en schakelt daarna direct met klanten en kandidaten. Even snel sparren met de Regiomanager? Dat doe je gewoon direct. Binnen Intermediair Uitzendbureau houden we van aanpakken, snel schakelen en samen successen behalen. In deze functie houd jij je bezig met: • Het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten en uitbouwen van relaties • Het werven, spreken en begeleiden van kandidaten • Het verder versterken van de vestiging op commercieel en operationeel gebied • Het verbeteren van processen en aanbrengen van structuur Jouw ideeën worden hier niet eerst door vijf lagen management besproken.
